Ingredients

  • Nortons Natural Yogurt
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh herbs such as mint, chives, fennel and dill.

Method

  1. This recipe couldn’t be simpler and the dip will happily sit in the fridge for a couple of days in which time, the flavours intensify through the yogurt.
  2. Pour out the desired quantity of natural yogurt.
  3. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  4. Stir through heaps of freshly chopped herbs.
  5. This is delicious as a dip with tortilla chips and also as a dressing over salads and in wraps.
