- Nortons Natural Yogurt
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh herbs such as mint, chives, fennel and dill.
Method
- This recipe couldn’t be simpler and the dip will happily sit in the fridge for a couple of days in which time, the flavours intensify through the yogurt.
- Pour out the desired quantity of natural yogurt.
- Season to taste with salt and pepper.
- Stir through heaps of freshly chopped herbs.
- This is delicious as a dip with tortilla chips and also as a dressing over salads and in wraps.
