Open Day at Church Farm
Sunday 22 June 2008
Frettenham Village Hall - 2-5pm
We are delighted to annouce that after the success of last year's Open Day, when we welcomed more than 400 people onto our farm, we are having another Open Day this year.
The day will be based at Frettenham Village Hall, where this year we hope to have machinery exhibitions, animal displays, fun things for the kids and our very own special cream teas and milkshakes - both made with our own milk and cream of course!
There also will be the opportunity to take a guided wildlife tour of the farm with a local wildlife expert and to go on one of our very popular farm tours. Due to high demand last year, this year we'll be laying on extra guides for a short guided tour of our dairy, the farm buildings and our animals.
Sturdy walking shoes essential for all farm tours. Sorry, but no dogs are allowed.
Ant's tractor proved a popular attraction for visitors as part of the display of silage making equipment at last year's Open Day.
Frettenham Village Hall is 5 miles north of Norwich, just off the Buxton Road behind the Rose and Crown pub.
