Farm Fresh from Frettenham
A big hello from Nortons' Dairy! We are proud to produce and process delicious local milk from our dairy herd at Frettenham in Norfolk for sale direct to local people and businesses. We also produce delicious local butter made only with our own Norfolk cream and we are one of the only farms in Norfolk to sell real (unpasteurised/raw) milk direct from farm. There's lots of information on this website about everything we do, from looking after our cows, producing our milk and how we farm, to school visits and our local milkman. Twins at Church Farm
Our first Brown Swiss cross cow, Vanity 9, gave birth to twin calves on Wednesday 30 April. Vanity proved a good mother and the calves, both boys, had a good suckle before Vanity re-joined the herd. The boys will be fed colostrum from their mother for the next few days and will stay at Church Farm for about 8 weeks, before being moved just up the road to our neighbour's farm to be reared on for beef. Well done Vanity!
